A lifestyle-improvement app for building balanced routines using adaptive soundscapes, auditory cues, and journaling.

For my senior thesis project in CCA's Interaction Design program, I chose to explore how sound and interaction design can help improve the lifestyles of people who work from home.

⚠️ Problem

Busy lifestyles often cause a blending of activities throughout the day, making it easier to get distracted. Routines can help us stay grounded and focused on our priorities by developing our awareness of what we should be doing in the present moment.

💡 Solution

Tulā is an app for designing, practicing, and adapting your routines using adaptive soundscapes and auditory cues to subtly guide you through your day. The goal of Tulā is to help bring more intention and awareness to how you organize the activities of your day.

🛠 Tools

Figma, Logic Pro, Premiere Pro
